By applying a specific observation and recruitment methodology, and with all of the resources at our disposal, from trainers, clubs, FIFA agents, schools to training centers and lodging facilities, Invictus has developed Exchange Programs for foreign athletes whose goal is to play in Europe, train at the highest level and make soccer their profession in the future.

Each Invictus Exchange Program is tailor-made to best fit the athlete's characteristics, goals and potential. All of these factors affect the duration of the program, which can last from 3 months to 3 years. At the end of each program, a process evaluation is done to define a professional career management strategy for the athlete. All of the programs include lodging, food, participation in a national championship team and membership in the Portuguese Football Federation.

Extra activities can also be incorporated into each athlete's program, including physical capacity evaluation sessions, sessions to define specific training programs, coaching, nutrition, personalized training and Portuguese language classes.

All aspects related to each participant's stay are handled by Invictus, from reception at the airport and accompaniment to trainings and club matches, to the cleaning and maintenance of the athlete's apartment. If required, passport renewal and health insurance provision will be Invictus' responsibility.

For athletes who intend to combine athletic practice with academic success, the Invictus Exchange Program also caters to this possibility, including providing transportation from apartment to school and vice versa, monitoring of school performance and private lessons.
